Currency captured incorrectly

Hi, I am using Multi Currency and everything works through to my payment provider without issues – including shipping rates so there is no impact on the customer.

In Woocommerce however, shipping is captured in the default currency as opposed to the selected currency. This results in incorrect values in Woocommerce and incorrect values are show to the customerv (the SEK amount is captured as a EUR amount). It is only the shipping portion.

How do I resolve?
