currency conversion problem

Hello,

We have a currency conversion problem with the Multicurrency plugin. In FCFA currencies, everything works but not against in Canadian dollars or Euros, nothing works. I am attaching a photo of the basket showing the amounts displayed in Canadian dollars but once in the my basket page (see 2nd photo) the values do not correspond at all.
Could you solve this problem please.
