Currency Converter causing problem while checkout!

Hi,
My problem is converter is working fine including all settings just that on check out, shipping method is not changing as per the country wise. (I do use flexible shipping plugin)
And fyi, when I disable this plugin, shipping method worked back.

I can share my WP credential, can you please help me sort this as I love this plugin.
