currency geolocation problem

Hello,
With the Multicurrency plugin, we have a problem of geolocation of currencies. We looked at the internal configuration of the plugin but still it does not work at all. We have defined three currencies in our system: XOF, EURO and CAD. A customer based in Canada (CAD currency) who opens the website, sees the XOF currency, and if he enters the product page, it drops in CAD currency. It doesn’t work at all.
In any case, the currency geolocation of this plugin does not work at all. Currently, customers are frustrated with this problem and it is a huge waste of money for us.
Could you solve this problem asap.
