Custom CSS not working and Layout looks way different on mobile

Hi,

When I add custom css to an element nothing happens. Also for some reason on mobile the same layout looks different. Some CSS is missing and things aren’t aligned correctly, especially in the order detail block. This is only on mobile.

Could you help me fix this? I’ve added screenshot, the e-mail I highlighted with red stroke is the one you can run tests on.
