Custom email types

Hi there, i recently found out that all my email templates that were connected to custom email types ( i created email types using WooCommerce Order Status Manager by SkyVerge) are now connected to Default template and all custom email types disappeared from the list. It seems like it still works fine, but im not sure what happens if i edit the email template and im not able to change email type as i need.
