Custom order status not visible

Greetings,
I purchased your plugin.
I entered an order status manually, the status is called “In Fase di Elaborazione”.
I do not have the possibility to select the order status “In Fase di Elaborazione” (order status entered manually) from the “Email type” panel of your plugin.
