Custom order statuses with custom notification based on shipping tracking data

    Hi

    Thank you for your plugin; I purchased it through CodeCanyon.
    Initially, I had expected it to offer more advanced notification functions than what was available at the time of purchase, but it is what it is.

    I would like to inquire whether it is possible to custom upgrade of plugin to include the functionality I anticipated before purchase, namely:

    1. I would like the plugin monitor the shipping tracking number and, based on any change in the shipment status, automatically update the corresponding order status in WooCommerce and send an custom email notification?

    So similar to what is offered by applications like Parcel Panel or TrackShip. I have attached screenshots of those interfaces for your reference.

    2. So depending on the shipment status received via a selected API tracking service (for example, 17Track), the order status should be updated in the online store in Woocommerce. This custom status update should also be compatible with the WooCommerce Custom Order Status plugin. The recommended statuses for example:

    – Shipment handed over to courier (status: shipped) **[very important]**
    – Shipment in transit (status: in-transit)
    – Shipment scheduled for delivery today (status: in-delivery) **[very important]**
    – Shipment not delivered (status: not-delivered)
    – Shipment waiting at a pickup location (status: in-pickup) **[very important]**
    – Shipment not picked up (reminder) (status: pickup-reminder)
    – Shipment returned to sender (status: returned)
    – Shipment delivered (status: delivered) **[very important]**

    This upgrade is important because, in the EU, most shipments are delivered Cash on Delivery (COD), which unfortunately results in 10–12% of shipments not being picked up due to various reasons—often because of inadequate notifications. Improving this system would help ensure that a greater number of packages are collected.

    Unfortunately, the TrackShip plugin does not handle this functionality well, whereas your plugin already supports API integration with shipping tracking providers such as 17Track this upgrade would be great help.

    Could you please let me know if customization of this functionality is possible and, if so, what the estimated cost would be?
