Custom templates have all reverted back to default

Hi,

I’ve just started using this plugin for a new site as I’d like to keep everything on brand, however, custom templates, colours etc have all gone and every template I took meticulous time to format have all gone and returned to default.

I’m using version 1.2.5 on WordPress version 6.5.5

This is also the paid for version of this plugin.

Please help.
