Customers are not receiving discount codes from emails when upload image in revi

Hello I need some assistance when I customized my settings on Photo Review for in order for customers to receive Discount code in email they must upload an image, however when I tested the customers leaving a review. No email was sent to customers with discount code. I have been trouble shooting for five hours and its still not working please assist.I tried chatting with someone and Im having trouble chatting its not allowing me because it keeps asking for a code I just purchased and didn’t receive code. Please help
