Deactivated to allow new HPOS setting and now I can’t re-activate it

I deactivated this plugin thinking I’d activate it again after I set HPOS for Order data storage. (Woo was preventing me from enabling because of this plugin.) When I disabled, it defaulted to free version instead. (This allowed me to enable HPOS, so I did.) Now, my swatches seem to still be working with HPOS, but I’ve lost all my options for the premium version I purchased. I don’t see how to reactivate my premium version. All I see is Unlock this Feature, but it just takes me to the envato where I already purchased the plugin.
