Default free shipping zone doesn’t work

    Hi,
    I installed Free shipping bar on my site ( WordPress 5.8.1 + Woocommerce 5.6.0 ).
    I created all shipping zone per Countries, one of them It’s free shipping over 130,00 € this is Italy.
    And I want the free shipping bar display only when user select Italy shipping way.
    But the free shipping keep on display when the user select others Country that are not shipping method free
