Default shipping cost in INR is not converting to USD

Hi,
We have purchased the “Woocommerce Multi Currency” from envato and installed on gurgaonbakers.com.

We are facing one issue, we have enabled USD as the other currency. On checkout page shipping cost is coming from “Checkout Manager” plugin.

Woocommerce Multi Currency is converting all prices to USD except this custom field price.

Kindly suggest what needs to be done
