Delete taxes and currency name in Order Total

Hello,
In your “Total order” module, the total price is displayed with the taxes and the name of the currency in addition to its symbol. I would like to remove the name of the currency and the taxes. How do I do this please?

For example, the total is 100€ and your plugin write “100€ (dont 20,00€ TVA) EUR” and I would it like to be just “100€”
