Dependencies not working as intented

Why are the dependencies configured as OR and not as AND dependencies?

I simply dont see the usecase for multiple dependencies that pile up the products instead of getting right to the sweetspot.

Lets say I use a micro case and a 1000w PSU, why should I be searching for a graphics card that is compatible with the PSU or the case? I just dont get it.

Let us ignore that the wattage of CPU and GPU wont be added, but please: let me find the products that suit the already choosen products and not the complete catalog of stuff in the shop
