Deposit and Part payment for WooCommerce

I am interested in this plugin DEPART – Deposit and Part payment for WooCommerce

It possible to customised to pre authorise payment so one could use it as an offer on a product.
Basically similar to make an offer plugin but this time with re-authorised of the amount offered via Stripe or Woo payment.
So when seller accept the offer payment is taken.
