disable currency at checkout

Hi, I would like to disable certain currencys at checkout so they use the default currency.I have set it up in the plugin but i run a multi language site and it uses subdirectorys for each language eg mysite.com/en. for some reason it does not change the currency to the default currency at checkout when i use mysite.com/en/checkout when its just mysite.com/checkout but works
