Disable Currency Switcher and Display Both Currencies

Hello

I am using the Curcy plugin to display 2 currencies.

1) I need to disable the currency selector.
2) I want both currencies to display on all products and throughout the shopping experience.
3) I need to change the name of the currency, is this possible?

I have attached screenshots of the selector with product price for each currency. Please guide me on how to achieve this desired outcome.
