Discount offer is without VAT

Discount offer is on the net sales without VAT, it’s very confusing and not ewhat we want.
Discount offer on the sale amount has to be price with VAT.

For example we say that customer gets the 15€ aditional discount if he spends 140€ but the plugin is showing 150€ – VAT.
Can it be fixed because we want customers to see the gross amount.

We have the product that costs 140€ with VAT and when we put in the cart the discount doesn’t apply because it
didn’t reach 150€ in net amount (without VAT)

Can You help us with that?
