Display Currency

I was wondering if it is at all possible to have a display currently different from settlement currency. In other words: I would like my customers see all the prices in USD in my store front, but when they make a purchase, my processor needs to receive the amount in indian rupee INR. I would like the conversion happen int he background, before the transaction goes to the processor, but my customers should never see that.

How can I achieve that?

If there is a customization required I would like to know how much that would cost me and possible hire you to get that done.
