Display issues with Free shipping bar on Cart and Checkout Pages

Hello,

I faced two issues with the free shipping bar display on the Cart and Checkout Pages of my website that I would like to fix.

1. On Cart Page, the free shipping bar completely disappears when changing the shipping options.
2. On Checkout Page, there is a display bug of the free shipping bar when the total amount of the cart reaches the threshold value set for free shipping. In fact, the width of the progress bar seems to be set to 0% value instead of 100%. Moreover, the message success “Congratulation!…” does not appear at all after reaching the minimum amount for free shipping.

I will really appreciate if you could help to fix these two issues.
