Display multiple Upsell Funnel rules in one carousel

Hi Support.

We want to do Purchase with Purchase promotion where got 3 rules
– Fixed price $20
– Discount 50%
– Fixed price $31

I created all those rules, however only the top rules applied and display on the checkout page. Can we make it all products matched with those rules to display together?

And, do we have option to display Upsell funnel carousel via shortcode. Since product position options not within our target area.

Tried to do Order Bump style to display all, but no carousel style to display all in 1 line.
