Do not show rating and image

Hello.
I am using Woodmart theme and when I update Woocommerce Photo Review plugin to the latest version, there is an error not showing reviews for the option that prioritizes reviews with the highest number of stars.
I also updated the bug fix patch file and pressed the update meta button but it keeps rotating without updating.
Besides, I switch to display the latest reviews and it shows reviews. But when I change the display style to grid, the review image does not appear.
I also disabled all plugins like wp rocket, ittheme security, Perfmatter… But still not working.
Help me. Thank you so much!!!
