Don’t save contacts to sendinblue list

Hello,

I installed the abandoned carts plugin for woocommerce and added the sendinblue API key, my sheets were synchronized and I selected the sheet where the contacts should be synchronized.
But I did not receive a single contact in the list. I will attach screenshot.

My second question is regarding completed purchases. The fact is that the data on abandoned carts contains orders that have completed the purchase. These are not isolated cases, but very often. I’m attaching a screenshot
