Don't show Maximum upload size, add custom fields

Hi there,

How can I change the template to not
display the max uplaod size, but instead,
‘please upload up to XX pictures.’

And display a warning in case the uploaded file
Is too big.

Second request: can we adjust the submission form?
We would like to have three custom,
optional fields: Height, weight, Size…
