Dosent sent email after order delivered

Good day! I don’t know if it’s in right Categorie but I realized that when an order is delivered it doesn’t always send the review email – sometimes it’s on “pending”, sometimes there is no info on the order page so you don’t know if it has been sent or not, and sometimes it works well –
