Doubt after (first) installation

Greetings! The idea of the plugin is valid and so I bought it; after installing the plugin on a first sample site, to do my tests, I have the following questions:
1. I found some bugs in field “filter name” it is always deleted and you have to put it back after each modification (and also the show type doesn’t work…I select it, save but it does not take the change!)
2. The filter block by TAG product … just doesn’t work (and this is important for my purpose)
3. Is it possible to eliminate the gray on the rest (right) of the page (to the right of left sidebar filter)?
4. Is it possible to set the sidebar with the filters to close automatically after showing the search results? now the user is forced to click on the x to close it, adding 1 unnecessary click … is it possible?
