Dropshipping account on aliexpress

Hello, I have an account with Aliexpress but not dropshipping account, I used to purchased goods from them. Now I want to open up a woocomeerce store bringing their products. Can I use your plugin to import the products and fullfill the customers orders since only have a simple account not dropshipping one and their dropshipping centre is currently unaccessible, as when I tried several times clicking the link it’s a blank page.
