e-mails sent by the store does not look like those in the plugin preview

Dear Support Team,

We have purchased and installed the woocommerce e-mail customizer, after editing all the store e-mails, the ones sent by the store look very different from the preview of the plugin. It looks like our store does not pick up the plugin’s style. Please help us to solve the problem.
