Email customizer Premium version problem

Hi
For the last 2 months i worked with the FREE version.
I am using Microsoft Outlook as my email application and everything was just great in the FREE version.
Today, I installed and activated the Premium version.
The problem is as describe below –
In the Preview i see the email just as it designed.
In The Test email i see email just as designed.
While a customer place an order in my web store the emails in Outlook looks different by mean –
the product picture is very big and customer addresses appears one above the other. In Gmail view using Chrome browser it is ok.
What is the difference between the Free and Premium version for that issue?
How can i fix that?
