email layout different to the layout created in backend

Dear Villatheme Team,

the WooCommerce Email Template plugin is awesome. It’s exactly what I need and I will buy more licenses for further projects.

But currently, I struggle with 3 issues:
– the blue circle with the icon (shopping cart icon) is centered in the preview and standard settings coming from your plugin – but in customers email it hast left alignment.
– somehow a header and footer is added additional to the content, created in Template customizer. How can I remove that stuff?
– there is a small word “: Array” below the cost calculation and above the shipping information. Where does it come from? How can it be removed?
