By using the ‘WooCommerce Order Status Manager’, I created a custom order status called ‘Delivered’ and also added an order status email called ‘Delivered order’ which will be sent to the customer once the order gets delivered. The default Woocomerce email works perfectly fine when I change my order status to ‘Delivered’. Now I install the Email Template Customizer plugin and successfully configured emails for all the types except for the ‘Delivered order’ type because the ‘Delivered order’ email type shows up under admin instead of showing up under Customer.
