Email pop up for guests, coupon discount

I need to set up the email pop up for guests to have their email address collected. I also want them to receive a 5% coupon discount when they return.
The pop up does not seem to show up and the coupon is created but i dont think it is inside the email, at least when i send the test mail
I am sending you temporary login to the backend for 24 houres
