Email Staff Member when Cart is Abandoned and Details are Available

I understand that we have the ability to send a notification email when an Abandoned Cart is Recovered.

However, it would be very helpful if we could send a notification email with the customers details to a staff member 72+ hours after Abandonment. This would allow our team to reach out to the customer directly IF the automated texts/emails were not effective WITHOUT needing to check the logs constantly

Is this possible, can this be possible?
