Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce

We wanted to install Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce (free version) as we have bought the WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery plugin. But we already have a WooCommerce Email Customizer plugin by Kadence (Which is in use to customize WooCommerce emails) . If we install Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce (free version), will it create any issues for WooCommerce Emails / Kadence plugin / Our website? Can they work side by side without any issues?
