Email templates Match

Hi there. My store is b2b and i have 2 emails state on woocommerce emails for account confirmation that don’t show to be attributed on you template builder, i can only choose from default woocommerce emails. How can i fix this? Can you please share a fix with me as this is very important for the future sucess of your plugin.

Another question is regarding another plugin im using for tracking codes. Im using Yith for sending tracking codes to my clients, how can i have that info sent on the email of completed order?
