Email types not detected

I’m using a WooCommerce affiliate plugin, this plugin has it’s own emails, precisely 4 Email types :
Affiliate – Commission Paid => Customer
Affiliate – Welcome Email => Customer
Affiliate – New Conversion Received => Customer
Affiliate Manager – New Registration Received => admin
