emailing a review coupon error

Hello,

I am trying to use the coupon sending function thru e-mail.
However, nothing’s being sent to the relevant e-mail even though I wrote a review on my page.

I guess emailing restriction options are not a problem as I turned off the most.. (Review reminder is not working as well)
I am being suspicious about internal error.
