Emails from Email Templates don’t sending after user spin wheel

Im using your email templates plugin in pair with woocommerce lucky wheel but users dont get emails with coupon code, in the start of project everything was working, but now emails didn’t sending to users, in console i dont see any errors, all plugins i updated, maybe you can help me? we are using email templates for users to get code and redirect them to other eshop where they can use this code
