Emails not being sent

Hi Rosy,

1. I have published the emails – https://prnt.sc/10b6h5d
and i tested abandon cart on the website, i did not receive email that was to be received after 30 mins – https://prnt.sc/10b6gel
2. Its saying it has sent the email – just checked but havent received any email – https://prnt.sc/10b6lo1
3. Onclicking the unsubscribe list in the emails it takes me to my site’s homepage
