Emails not sending

Hi, we have setup templates, spent hours doing this, we can send test messages no problems, they are sent and received. We have a log of the emails being sent for the test messages inn WP SMTP log, which has detailed information. However of the 15 email templates that are setup, there is not one email being triggered from your plugin.

In fact the original email templates that come with WooCommerce are working fine, but nothing triggers yours. I’m very disappointed and hoping that this is a user error, not some issue with the plugin.
can you please advise what information you need so we can find a solution.

please login and then setup a new order for yourself and see if you get an email.
Form the backend there is no emails sent at all, from the front end, use the code hdaa100 to bring discount of 100% and then you will get an email but it will come from the old woocommerce email not the new templates we have setup.
