Emails not sending automatically

Hi there,

I have bought your ‘WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery – Send Cart Recovery Email Plugin – SMS – Messenger’ plugin. Installed it and configured it. But the emails are not sending for Abandonned Orders. And Abandonned Carts are not are not being captured at all.

FYU, I was using ‘WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery’ by cartFlows and everything was working smoothly. For a matter of Email customization, I decided to buy your plugin.
