Emails send does not include the attachement chosen.

Hi support 🙂

When using the “Send test” feature inside the Email customizer then the attachment is send with the email.

If the email is send using the auto send, when a new user is added, a payment is made and so on. Then the email is send correctly it is just missing the attachment.

I made a copy of the site, testet the sending on a website with nothing else than woocommerce active, and i changed it to a default wordpress theme. With same outcome.

I cant give FTP since the site is behind a VPN. But you are more than welcome to login and install plugins and what not.
