Hello,
I think this is some sort of caching issue, but basically when you first visit the abandoned cart link, if it’s on a new browser, it is not working. It’s going to the basket page and says basket empty. If you click the link again, then it works.
We’re using WPRocket, is there any exclusions we can add to resolve?
