Error not showing the number of reviews

Hi support, as requested a request from before. I repeat the error I am having.

I am having evaluation problems. As in the photo link: https://prnt.sc/10ir24w I see there are (0) reviews. But when I expand it has 5 reviews. When I check with the google schema checker, I get the error Figure 2: https://prnt.sc/10ir4w9. How can I fix the above error? please help me. thank you very much

From your question, I would like to make it clear that before going to the pro version I did not use any other evaluation. Except for your previous free version to decide to buy this product.
