Hi Rizwan!
I’m Aleksandar B from Support, and I will be assisting you today!
I did some research on this matter and haven’t found any particular reason why the max_input_vars are not working with the plugin. I did find information about the Aliexpress plugin for drop shipping, and it did mention that the value of max_input_vars should be above 1000. The current value is set to 3000 by the previous Support Agent.
First thing I would suggest reaching out to your plugin vendor and ask for a step-by-step guide on how to install the plugin the correct way, and also ask about the php.ini value configuration, since troubleshooting third-party plugins falls out of our scope of Support.
Next, I will share with you guides on how to modify the php.ini values files from Root WHM, and after that, in cPanel for the mentioned account. My suggestion is to play with the values and check if bigger values than 3000 will allow the plugin to work.
Please keep in mind that currently, the root php.ini file value for max_input_vars is set to 3000, which dictates the maximum values that can be used in php.ini for your cPanel accounts.
Articles necessary to perform the changes for your php.ini file:
1. How to Use the MultiPHP INI Editor in WHM
2. How to Use the MultiPHP INI Editor in cPanelAgain, if the issue persists, my suggestion is to go back to the plugin vendor for further instructions, because we did set the values in the php.ini file as requested.
If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
Please keep in mind we’re available Monday – Friday 9AM – 9PM EST via phones, and 24/7 via chat and email to support you! You should be receiving an email requesting feedback on this interaction.
Best Regards,
Aleksandar B.—
