Error with activation

Hello team,
I bought several plugins from you. Yesterday, bought a thank you page customizer and whenever I activate it, an error occurs and the whole admin panel becomes irresponsible. Even unable to deactivate the plugin. I’m using an updated version of WP and Woocommerce.

Error message, “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
