Euro refund issue

Hi, we’re having a problem with Woocommerce refunds, via both Woopayments AND PayPal, for orders charged in foreign currencies. The system is insisting we choose a positive quantity of at least one item before making the refund (which doesn’t happen with GBP refunds), and then giving strange error messages, one even including a spelling mistake. Could this issue be coming from the Curcy pluygin?
