Expired ALD plugin and shipping

Hi support,

My ALD subscription recently expired and i have paid for the renewal but dont know how to enable the renewal in my plugin, also i dont know how to activate the shipping for my ALD products, i used the tutorial video(https://youtu.be/yWg07MhtmU0) for shipping, but the shipping option is not showing up on the checkout page…

Your kind assistance will be appreciated.
