Extension stuck in Loading only

Hi There

I am experiencing the same issue. I installed it yesterday and it worked for only about 15 mins then it stopped working completelt. It is a new setup but the extension does not seem to work well. I authorises to the website but inside Taobao it gives all the error that is cannot reach the domain.

I downloaded the plugin from this post but still it does not work

Please can you assist further.
